● What does TheB Scribbles PH sell?
- TheBSPH focuses on THE BOYZ Goods or Merchandise ONLY.

● Is TheBSPH legit?
- Do you have any experience?
Yes! We are 100% legit and the admins are indeed trustworthy. Also, some of the admins are experienced online sellers.

● Are you open for international orders?
- We are NOT open for international orders. TheBSPH is created for PH Group Orders only.

● What are your Modes of Payment?
- We accept payments through GCash and BPI Family Savings Bank.
- We also accept payments through PAYPAL for orders more than 500 PHP. Please take note that we do not handle any of the fees imposed.

● What courier do you use for shipping of orders?
-We'll offer different couriers for the shipment of your orders, namely:
GOGO XPRESS, SHOPEE CHECKOUT (J&T and GGX). LALAMOVE, BORZO, & GRAB (for same day deliveries)
Note: Shipping fee will depend on the weight and volume of the parcel as well as your location.

● Can you do combined shipment?
- Yes, we can, but we will depend on the number and volume of items as we only have limited space for our stocks. We also limit combined shipping for two (2) consecutive batches only.

● Is TheBSPH open for Meetups too?
- Due to the pandemic, we are not open for meetups.

● How often do you post mass updates?
- We post every two weeks but in case there are delays, it means we are still fixing everything so we can give you a more organized one.

● Is TheBSPH open for requests?
- TheBSPH is open for requests. We will absolutely find a way to order it for you. You can send a request on our CC (Curious Cat) account or DM us directly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation of Orders & Reservations
Once you have filled out our order form, or have reserved items through “mine” basis, it means that you are 1206% of your order and you are able to comply with the deadlines stated.Cancellation fee: 50% of your total balance due.for mine basis claiming: Failure to fill out the form within 24 hours will result to forfeited slot and you will be tagged as a joy reserver/bogus buyer.In cases where the supplier cancels the orders, we will fully refund your payment.
Queries and Complaints
Queries and complaints will be settled through dms or emails. Any form of subtweeting will not be tolerated.Please READ OUR FAQs AND TERMS & CONDITIONS before asking a query. If the answer to your question is already in our FAQs and T&C, it will not be entertained anymore.
Revisions
The Terms and Conditions may change without prior notice and effectivity may be applied immediately. All buyers with existing orders and transactions will also be notified through email.
Buyer’s Information
Please fill out our order forms and payment forms with 1206% honesty. All information MUST be accurate to avoid conflicts especially for shipping purposes.All data provided through our forms will be confidential and will be used for our transactions only.For customers with ages below 18 (minor), please make sure that your parents are fully aware of your orders as well as the Terms and Conditions of our shop.
Prices stated
All prices will be inclusive of all fees except for Local Shipping Fee and Packaging Costs, unless stated otherwise.Packaging costs is usually around 10-30 PHP depending on the size and volume of your orders. Toploaders for photocard orders are 15 PHP each. Extra corrugated boards and bubble wraps may be requested.LOW BALLING and DISCOUNTS will not be entertained.
Modes of Payment
We only accept payments via GCASH, BPI (QR Code upon request), and Paypal (for 500 PHP and above) as of the moment.Please take note of the transaction fees imposed as we do not handle those fees.
Rounds of Payment
The first payment includes the all-in price stated in our posts, to be settled within the stated deadline.Second payment will be for the local shipping fee, to be settled upon arrival of the items, unless otherwise you chose shopee checkout as your mode of shipping.NO PROOF OF PAYMENT MEANS NO PAYMENT. Please send/upload your proof of payment as per instructed. Again, no payments recorded will result to cancellation of your orders.
Delays and Late Payments
Reminders for payments will be posted on the date of deadline given. In cases of problems or conflicts with your mode of payment chosen and you will not be able to pay on time, kindly inform us beforehand, and please provide your valid reason. We will only accept late payments, two weeks from the DOP stated.Starting from the day after the DOP, a late payment fee of 50 php EACH DAY will be implemented. (Maximum of 700 php for the two weeks.)Failure to settle your complete payment (without any agreement on both parties) within the grace period of two weeks will result to forfeited orders. No refunds will be issued and you will be tagged as a joy reserver/bogus buyer.
Excess payments
Kindly pay the exact amount due as any excess payments will not be refunded.
Item Responsibility
We assure you that all items will be properly packed. Once the items are shipped, we are not liable for any delay of package and product damages caused by the courier, but we’ll do our best to help you.
Return, Refund, & Exchange
TheB Scribbles PH will NOT accept any form of RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE.The client will only be eligible for returns or exchange if and only if, the damage is at our fault the client, provided an unboxing video (from the item untouched inside the parcel pouch) as an evidence.Refunds will only be issued for instances where the supplier canceled the orders or the item goes out of stock, other reasons beyond this will not be entertained.

LOCAL SHIPPING POLICY

We ONLY use GOGO Xpress and Shopee Checkout (through GGX & J&T).Please check our fixed shipping rates when we send emails.Kindly fill up the form to be sent on your emails within one week after the email has been sent.We will apply first-to-pay policy for the shipping.
FOR SHOPEE CHECKOUT
We will not be applying the shop/product voucher for our succeeding batches as we have seen instances of suspension of accounts due to voucher abuse. We will only list the packaging costs (+ Shopee's fee) same as before.As per our admins' experiences, thankfully we have not encountered any lost parcels.But, in case of lost or damaged parcels, we are not liable for any refund as we do not place the actual amount of your orders.Please checkout within the two weeks after we send the checkout link.If you will not be able to checkout after two weeks (without prior notice), we will have the right to resell your orders.Reminders will be sent (via email) within the grace period.
FOR COMBINED SHIPPING
We will only allow combined shipping from two consecutive batches.
FOR OUR BUYERS
Please check if your location is covered by our chosen couriers before ordering from us to avoid inconvenience to our admins as well as our other buyers.

Reminder to everyone, please do not transact with us if you are not responsible enough to pay on or before our respective deadlines. We have our stated deadlines for the payments and our terms and conditions are always available for reading.
